7. Limitation of Liability

QuantKavach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold QuantKavach harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
